We offer clients a free-of-charge initial consultation, which will give us an understanding of the vision you have for your wedding. As all of our services are tailored to the individual’s requirements, our prices vary and will be quoted upon request.

Full wedding planning
After the initial consultation, you’ll be provided with a proposal, outlining your vision for the day. We’ll then get to work on making your vision a reality. This is ideal for the couple that simply don’t have time to plan their own wedding from start to finish. While we oversee the planning and organisation, you’ll remain fully in control of the operation. This service includes the following areas:

On-the-day
Planning consultation service
This service is for couples who are unsure of where to start, and need pointing in the right direction. We’ll spend some time together so we can advise you on venues, photographers, caterers, florists, transport, cakes, wedding day wardrobe, entertainment and accommodation for you and your guests. All decisions will be yours, but we’ll provide you with a starter pack for you to take home that will include contacts, questions to ask and budget templates.
Last-minute management
This is ideal for the couple which is feeling a little overwhelmed by the planning of the wedding, and want to take time out to enjoy the last two months running up to the marriage. We’ll meet with you to discuss in detail your plans so far and any outstanding areas you may not have covered or need a little help and inspiration with. Our service includes liaising with suppliers to ensure they’re clear of the day’s arrangements, taking care of any outstanding administration, collating a running itinerary and overseeing in person on the day to ensure the finishing touches are applied and not overlooked.
On-the-day management
You’ve sourced all the suppliers, completed all the planning, but want peace of mind that everything will go smoothly on the day. Prior to the event, we’ll meet with you to discuss in detail all the arrangements. Once all information has been collated, we’ll draw up a running itinerary of the day and liaise with all suppliers so they’re clear of all the arrangements. You will also have unlimited email and telephone support.
Style and design management
You may already have a vision for your wedding day theme, but don’t know where to start, or you may not be the creative type and need inspiration. Once we’ve identified what you like - and don’t like - we’ll work together to build your vision, which will incorporate colour schemes, floral arrangements, venue decorations and accessories.
Wedding supplier search
We have an array of trusted suppliers on our database and are constantly searching for new ones to add. Choosing the right photographer or florist can be quite personal and has to feel right for you. However, we do all the lengthy research so we can provide you with a shortlist of those that most fit your requirements. You just choose the one that you like best.
Venue search
Trying to find the perfect venue is one of the most stressful and time-consuming parts of organising your wedding. After an initial consultation, we’ll look for venues that fit your requirements, then, once the bulk of the research has been completed, a shortlist of three will be compiled. This will be accompanied by a detailed report, which will include costs, pros and cons, and any other relevant information that may be of benefit to you making your final decision.
